  • Service catalogue per university: Attestation, Migration, Transfer Certificate, Provisional Degree Certificate, Convocation, Transcript, Transcript Certificate, Verification, Medium of Instruction, Affiliation Letter, Internship, or a custom letter template.
  • Configurable application forms per service: education details, required documents, purpose / recipient (for example WES, further study, employment) and delivery type (Digital, Courier, Pickup).
  • Fee rules per service: flat fee, per document, per delivery type, professional vs non-professional course, within vs outside India, or a full rate matrix; INR and foreign currency; per-recipient multiplier.
  • Five-stage desk workflow with queues: Pending → Verified → Signed → Print → Printed → Dispatched / Done, with hold, reject and "correction requested" loops back to the student.
  • Row-by-row verification: every education row, document and recipient must be verified before the application can move on; college confirmation when the service needs it.
  • Transcripts filled from the Exam module's results and subject marks, or entered and uploaded by the student.
  • Document generation with letterhead, signature, stamp and a "not for print" watermark copy; digital signature; QR code on each document so anyone can check it is genuine.
  • WES (World Education Services) recipient forms and electronic upload tracking.
  • Courier dispatch with tracking numbers and barcodes, counter pickup with collector ID, email delivery, outward register.
  • Education agents can register, get verified and apply for their students.
  • Status timeline, SLA days per stage, notifications to students and the next desk, issue reports and feedback.
